Balanced Habits Kick Start
We are excited to participate in our third Balanced Habits 28-Day Kick Start Challenge, a comprehensive nutrition program designed to "kick start" your health and fitness journey. The Kick Start is offered three times a year at select gyms across the United States and Canada. It is a science-based balanced macronutrient solution that helps shed unwanted pounds and equips you with the necessary tools for long-term success. We will show you what to eat, when to eat, and how much to eat. We will be there to support and guide you throughout your journey. We even guarantee results. You will lose up to 10% of your body weight, or the program is on us. ABOUT THE KICK START

Who can participate?
​The Kick Start is open to all healthy adults (under 18 with parental permission) who are ready to lose unwanted body fat quickly and permanently. ​​

What can I expect?
Expect to be inspired, motivated, supported, coached, educated, and trained by our elite team of fitness and nutrition experts.
Expect to set and achieve goals, make supportive new friends, and gain a newfound level of confidence in your body.

How much weight will I really lose?
If you follow the program as recommended, we guarantee that you will lose up to 10% of your body weight.

What's included?
You will receive weekly menus, recipes, grocery lists, individualized portion sheets, weekly weigh-ins, accountability, education, exercise recommendations, and coaching from our team of nutrition experts. Kick Start participants also enjoy exclusive rates on personal training and small group classes.

How much does it cost?
The program rate is $249 and includes everything listed above. In order to provide the most personalized service, we limit the program to thirty participants.

When is the last day to sign up?
The last day to sign up is Wednesday, May 10.

When does it start?
The program officially begins on Friday, May 12.
PROGRAM DETAILS AND KEY DATES

Initial Evaluation: May 8-10, 2017
Initial Evaluations will be held on May 8, 9, and 10 between 1:00PM and 8:00PM at The Works Studio, located at 143 W 19th Street in Chelsea. You don't need an appointment. A Balanced Habits Certified Food Coach will meet with you to learn about your goals and will take complete body measurements, including weight and 'before' pictures. We use this information to deveop your personalized nutrition plan.

Orientation: May 12, 2017
A mandatory orientation will be held at the studio on May 12 at 7:30PM. This marks the official start of the program. You will receive a welcome packet, your personalized program, food journal, and all Kick Start materials at orientation. You will also meet fellow Kick Start participants and learn everything you need to know for the next 28 days to transform your body.

Weekly Weigh-Ins: Every Friday

We will track your progress through weekly weigh-ins at the studio. These will be held each Friday between 1:00PM and 8:00PM. Participants are required to stop by the studio for these brief weekly meetings. During your quick check-ins, we will review your food journal and track your progress. You'll get new recipes each week, as well as individual menus, grocery lists, and recipes.

Private Facebook Page
Kick Start participants enjoy access to a private Facebook page to interact with fellow participants for motivation and support.

Exclusive Training Rates

Final Evaluation/Long Term Success Plan
At the end of the Kick Start, we will compare your results with the rest of the group. A $500 gift card will be awarded to the participant who loses the highest percentage of body fat at the end of the program. We will also develop a plan to build on the momentum you have created to make 2017 your healthiest year yet.
